[edit] Requested Illustration

This article could desperately use an illustration of "a homunculus in a Cartesian theater": *A little tiny person that lives inside a human head. *The little tiny person is sitting in a movie theater (which is also inside the human head). *The movie theater screen is showing a picture of whatever the human being's eyes are seeing.

If anyone could draw this, it would greatly help out this article, because it could convey in five seconds the "gist" of what a "cartesian theater" is. This is a true example of where a good picture would really be worth a thousand words.-Alecmconroy 15:02, 21 February 2006 (UTC)
