Carriage Hills is an mid to upper-middle class residential development. The homes are not in the millions of dollars, and there are no estates at all. I doubt anyone would consider tightly spased cookie cutter tract housing with small yards to be estately. Also the description of the roads and where they go is infactual. The use of the word district is also rather problematic. Qrc2006 20:18, 28 August 2006 (UTC)

My yard isn't that small. Theres about 25 feet to the fence from the house and 40 from the other side of the house to of the fence and 50 feet from the back of my house to the fence--He Who Laughs Last 07:05, 12 August 2007 (UTC)

Anybody know the population of Carriage Hills, when it was built, the demographics, etc? Qrc2006 20:40, 28 August 2006 (UTC)
Construction of homes began on the north side in 1985/1986. I dont know when construction was completed. Construction began in Carriage Hills South in 1988 or 1989 cant exactly remember when either. There is also a seperate neighborhood right next to Carriage Hills South called Countryside that I think was built around the same time as both Carriage Hills developments. Homes are somewhere between 2300 and 2500 Sq. ft and have anywehre from 2-3 bathrooms and 3-4 bedrooms(this is on the North side) South side homes are bigger and feature rolling garage doors. Streets on the north side are named after wagons(Buckboard, Conestoga, and Coach are a few examples) I hope this helps! AE86_Racer 0:56, 23 September 2006 (PDT)
I live in Carriage Hills South and I know my house was finished in 1991. Houses on the South side are 3-4 bedrooms and 2-3 bathrooms too, most have two stories and others have one. He Who Laughs Last 04:28, 1 June 2007 (UTC)
