Talk:Carpocalypse
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
Added cleanup tag. Almost all the text is written in the breathless tone of a fan, rather than following Wikipedia's Manual of Style. For example, "From the onset of the challenge to the busting out of windows, you will be riveted to your seat watching the pulse pounding racing that is “Carpocalypse”." Also lines like "Demolition derby racing returns with even bigger and crazier events rekindling a generations-old rivalry that's sure to be interesting." need to go. It's just advertising, not information.Sir Isaac Lime 03:24, 5 August 2006 (UTC)
Cleaned up the fan talk. New to this, let me know if more is needed. mtxchvey, 7, August 2006
- Great work. Took off the cleanup tag. It could still use work, but it looks a lot better. Like I said, great work.Sir Isaac Lime 01:45, 8 August 2006 (UTC)
- Oh, and also, Wikipedia will automatically date-stamp your comments and create a link back to your userpage if you end your comments with four tilde's: ~~~~. A lot easier than typing out your user name, and then others can easily track what you've done and leave you comments directly. Sir Isaac Lime 01:47, 8 August 2006 (UTC)
