[edit] 70s and early 80s election results

I have added a lot of information to this article, including election results. I cannot find the election results for her runs for the Board of Education for Ward 3 in 1974 and 1978 (she won), Board of Education President in 1980 (she lost), City Council At-large in 1984 (she won), and official results for District Mayor in 1986 (she lost). If anyone can find these results, kindly add them to the article. Quacks Like a Duck (talk) 18:35, 20 March 2008 (UTC)

[edit] Removed Editorial Comment/Summary Section

I removed the following from the article because they are clearly someone's point of view and not factual. Editorial opinions are inappriopriate for an encyclopedia. See WP:POV.

Ms. Schwartz is arguably one of the most well respected city officials in Washington, both by city employees, and citizens of the city, regardless of race, creed, preference(s), or political affiliation.
