I'm a little confused by the notation, and not sure which is the correct interpretation.

Does

\sum_{k=1}^\infty s_{2k}^{-1/2k} = \sum_{k=1}^\infty s_{2k}^{-\frac{1}{2}k}\; ?

Or does

\sum_{k=1}^\infty s_{2k}^{-1/2k} = \sum_{k=1}^\infty s_{2k}^{-\frac{1}{2k}}\; ?
