Odd. Itunes Music Store lists Crack's album as Black Art, not Ark. Everywhere else seems to list it as Ark.

[edit] swaziland

Insertformulahere

the german wiki says that he was born in SWISSland. Since his actually name is Böhm which is a German sounding name i would say t swaziland is not very likely to be his place of birth. Im going to change it!

I changed it back to Swaziland, because that was indeed where he was born. His dad was German and his mother was South African, but he was born in SWAZIland, not SWITZERland.
Check out this interview here: http://www.section3.com/interviews/atari.shtml
"Were all of you born in germany? Carl: No, I was born in Swaziland, south africa. my mom's from south africa and my father's from germany. i only lived in south africa for the first one-and-a-half-year, then i came to berlin."
yes i see. Ah thank you. Normaly the german wiki is better for german subjects and the english wiki is better for anglo-saxon subjects and so I thought that was just a mistake. Ok, then I am going to change it in the german wiki.

[edit] suicide overdose

anyone has a link confirming that CC did overdose on purpose in order to commit suicide? 206.172.19.66 21:00, 5 January 2007 (UTC)

Not to hand but I'm sure I read an interview with Alec Empire in NME in 2002 in which he talked about Crack's death and mentioned that there had been a lot of blood around Crack's flat implynig that he had self harmed quite badly. I took this to mean that Empire believes it was a suicide and that Crack was trying to make sure he died by causing as much harm as possible. I can try and find the copy of NME if you like but I don't know how to reference non-online sources on here. Am fairly new. Lone Architect 14:40, 9 January 2007 (GMT)

What drug was it? Freebase cocaine, as the surname might suggest? --Damian Yerrick (talk | stalk) 23:53, 6 March 2008 (UTC)

[edit] psychosis

I have heard a lot about Carl Crack's psychosis, including an episode where he tried to open the door on an airplane in flight. Anyone have any details on this? --nertzy 08:20, 28 June 2007 (UTC)
