cardona rizal for me is not very popular in rizal,i dont know why maybe i think its because of the man that are responsible to it...i will say because of the mayor and its councilors they are very corrupt they do not do something to make its municipality grow to its highest level.this is the only thing i can say80.184.43.165 (talk) 07:21, 10 February 2008 (UTC)
