[edit] Magic theory articles

I think there should be a number of articles on the basic concepts of Magic theory. Card advantage and tempo definitely deserve articles. I don't think these should be hugely in depth, but they should talk about them at least somewhat. They're certainly notable, being the subject of numerous articles.
