I think that we must separate the concept of trim level from car model. A car model has the same body but may have different trims. I propose to merge this Car model article with the Body style and/or Brand or marque articles, and to merge Trim level with the Trim packages article. Aldo L (talk) 15:57, 13 May 2008 (UTC)

I expanded the article focusing in the engineering point of view for defining the concept of car model. Maybe, now the merger could go directly to Automaker, or it could continue to be a stand-alone article. The Body style and Trim package articles link to this article and that could be sufficient for them. Aldo L (talk) 02:57, 15 May 2008 (UTC)
