The image linked here is claimed to be used under fair use as:

  • The image is of Queen consort of the Brigantes named Cartimandua she is the most famous person of an ethnicity because of her history associated with the Romans who were the first to write about the tribe. Unfortunetly, images of Cartimandua are extremely spare, infact this is the only one I have found and it is essential that she has representation in both her own article and the one of her peoples. Obviously a free one can't be created because she died a long time ago so I feel this can be used under a fair use claim.
