[edit] Summary
Fair use in Carpe Diem e-Learning Community
I contend that this image is fair use because:
- it depicts the logo/mascot of Carpe Diem e-Learning Community
- a free alternative could not be created due to the nature of the design
- it is available without any cost from the school's website at cdayuma.com and does not cause them to lose anything
additional comment from User:Voretus: I also asked the principal of the school/logo designer if using the picture was fine and he said it was. You'll have to take my word on this one, so I've included the other fair use rationale above just in case.
