Carter Schelling

Carter Schelling (born 1950) is a consultant, strategist and founder of 3655 Inc., a firm that trains business owners to reach their target business objectives in 10 years or 3655 days.

He has written about his work for the Philadelphia Business Journal. His advice to business owners is to: Gauge customers' ability to resist recession, redesign customer offerings, use lean principles, replace unhappy workers with those willing to do whatever it takes to beat the competition, overcommunicate, and the fact that companies get better at what they do during bad times. He calls this program the "Recession Drill." [1]
