Carsten Norgaard, (born 1963, Frederiksberg, Denmark, is an actor, beginning his career playing the enigmatic Dolpin Man in the 1988 film The Fruit Machine, aka Wonderland (USA).
Norgaard was brought to U.S. by Disney to do D2: The Mighty Ducks (1994).
Norgaard got an economic degree in Denmark and studied in London.
