Carsten Cullmann (born March 5, 1976 in Cologne) is a German football player with 1. FC Köln in the German Second Bundesliga. His position is defender.

In his youth the right defender Cullmann played for Sportvereinigung Porz 1919 e. V. till he joint 1. FC Köln 1996/97 at the age of 20.

After two years with the amteurs he was given the opportunity to give his debut in the 1. Bundesliga during the 1998/1999 season. After many years and 189 games for the first squad of Cologne he works as "stand by" player since 2006 playing for the amateurs in the 4th league and for the first squad in the 2nd league if they need him.

Cullmann is son of former national player and cologne star Bernd Cullmann. In addition to that he is the player who is serving the longest time for the club of the actual squad.
