Carrollton is an unincorporated community in Isle of Wight County, Virginia, United States. It lies near the intersection of U.S. Routes 17 and 258 and State Route 32. Carrollton is located near the southern end of the James River Bridge, across from Newport News, VA. Carrollton has recently experienced growth as a bedroom community.
