Carpocyon is an extinct genus of Borophaginae. It contains four species: C. compressus, C. limosus, C. robustus, and C. webbi, and was named by Webb in 1969. Carpocyon is an example of an omnivorous Borophaginae. It was between the size of a jackal and a small wolf.
