Carolyne Mas

Carolyne Mas (born October 20, 1955) is an American singer and musician. Her music blends rock, blues and elements of jazz into one individual and energetic sound. She sings and plays guitar.
She is the daughter of Livia and Joseph Mas. Her mother was a former Miss Puerto Rico, Her father was a singer of the New York City Opera. After numerous gigs in different clubs like the CBGB she had a hit in the early eighties with Sitting in the dark.
