Carolyn Terteling-Payne served as mayor of Boise, Idaho, from 2003 to 2004.
Terteling-Payne was appointed to the Boise City Council in 1993. She won full terms in 1995 and 1999. In February 2003 she was appointed mayor to serve the remainder of the term of H. Brent Coles, who resigned.
