Caroline Seger (born March 19, 1985) is a Swedish football (soccer) player for Linköpings FC and the Swedish Women's National Team.

Seger plays for Linköpings FC as a midfielder and captain. Linköpings FC has been in the top four of the Damallsvenskan in 2005 and 2006. Their highest finish has been 3rd place in 2006.
She was honored as the rookie of the year in the Damallsvenskan 2005 and midfielder of the year in 2006.
