Caroline Eugenie Lagerfelt (born September 23, 1947, Paris, France)[1] is an American stage, film, and television actress. She is descended from Swedish nobility; her father is the Swedish diplomat Baron Karl-Gustav E. Lagerfelt, sometime Swedish Ambassador in Vienna. Her mother, the former Sara Champion de Crespigny, is English. She grew up in Sweden, but moved to the United States after college, where she enrolled in the American Academy of Dramatic Arts.
Caroline Lagerfelt is perhaps best known for her role from 1996-2001 as Inger Dominguez, the wife of Lt. Joe Dominguez on the television series Nash Bridges. She appeared in the 2006 films All the King's Men and Poseidon., and has had guest roles in numerous TV series, including Buffy the Vampire Slayer, Beverly Hills, 90210, Star Trek: Deep Space Nine, Ghostwriter and Gossip Girl.
On Broadway, Lagerfelt appeared in Lend Me a Tenor, The Real Thing, Betrayal, and Otherwise Engaged. In 1975, she was nominated for a Drama Desk Award for her Off-Broadway performance in The Constant Wife.
