Caroline Chandler Baldwin was a fictional character on the American soap opera General Hospital. Augusta Dabney portrayed the role in 1975.

Caroline met Lee Baldwin in 1975 and they married. After their honeymoon they learned that Caroline's son, Dr. Bobby Chandler was diagnosed with Melenkoff's Disease. Bobby and his wife traveled to New York for treatment. Dr. Steve Hardy realized that the diagnosis was wrong and he told Lee. Lee returned to Port Charles for an extended visit, but pined for his wife Caroline, who had stayed behind at their home in Florida. Caroline and Bobby were lost at sea, but the bodies were never found. Lee was unable to cope and moved back to Port Charles.
