Carol Locatell is an American actress who has starred in films, television and on Broadway. She is perhaps best known for her role in the 1985 horror movie Friday the 13th: A New Beginning as the foul-mouthed mean lady named Ethel. Her first movie was the 1973 film Coffy. Carol's most recent film was the 2005 movie The Family Stone.
Locatell started an acting workshop in Manhattan, New York and is still running it. She has made guest appearances on many tv shows, including Bonanza, MASH, ER, 7th Heaven, Without a Trace, and Numb3rs.
