Carol Goldsmith

Carol Goldsmith is a news anchor for WYFF News 4, broadcasting out of Greenville, South Carolina.

Goldsmith has been nationally recognized on a number of occasions. She won three National Headliner Awards for her series of medical reports "The Vision Test" and "Friendship Check Four." Goldsmith has also been awarded with four local emmys.

Carol Goldsmith grew up in Michigan and got her Communications degree from Northern Michigan University at Marquette. Her journalism career began in Marquette, Michigan and Rochester, NY, where she held a variety of positions before moving to South Carolina to WYFF-TV to become an anchor and reporter since May,1985.

Goldsmith's personal hobbies include cooking, art-collecting and poetry. She, her husband Scott, and their two children are residents of Greenville.
