Maria Carmina Muñiz Villaroel, also known as Carmina Villaroel (born in Laguna, Philippines in 1975) is a Filipino actress, television host, and model and former matinee idol.

Villaroel is mestiza from her parents of Spanish blood[citation needed]. She was one of the Regal Babies in early 1980s and she had several movies with the Philippine film production company Regal Entertainment. In mid-1990s, she moved to Viva Films, where she was paired in some of its movies with Rustom Padilla, whom she married then divorced. She is now happy with former matinee idol, actor and director Zoren Legaspi and twin children Maverick and Cassandra. She is a close friend of de Belen sisters (Gelli and Janice) whom they work as hosts in GMA variety show SiS.
