Carmen Romo Sepúlveda

Carmen Romo Sepúlveda has been the mayor of Quilicura, Región Metropolitana, Chile, a large and busting suburb of over 126,000[1] people in the Santiago de Chile metropolitan area since 1992.[2] She has served three consecutive terms and has been accused of fraud among other crimes by the Consejo de Defensa del Estado (State Defense Council).[3]
