Carmen Osbahr is an American actor who voiced Rosita in the PBS Kids television series Sesame Street, since 1991. Osbhar has also voiced Kiki Flores in The Puzzle Place
Currently, Osbahr also voices Lilly in Johnny and the Sprites.
