Carmen M. Martinez

Carmen M. Martinez is the current United States of America ambassador to the Republic of Zambia. She has held the position since November 28, 2005. She fluently speaks Portuguese, Spanish, Thai, and English, the national official language of Zambia. She is also currently married, and has one son.
