Carlton Kabaka Medder (born December 1, 1984 in Brooklyn, New York) is an offensive tackle for the Arizona Cardinals.

During high school, he was a three-year starter and senior captain at South Lake High School in Clermont, Florida. He was named to first-team All-State (5A) honors and All-district honors as a senior and All-district as a junior. He was also the team’s Offensive MVP as a senior.

He was a three-year track athlete who competed in the shot put and discus events and was also a member of the weightlifting team. During his tenure at Florida, he was an active member of "Goodwill Gators" who participated in "Jump Rope for Heart", "Adopt-A-Team" and they also visited an Orlando middle school. He graduated from Florida with his degree in anthropology in the fall of 2007. He played in the Texas vs. The Nation Game game in February 2008 in El Paso, Texas.

He saw action in 40 career games, earning 27 consecutive starts between his junior and senior seasons at right tackle. As a senior in 2007, he started all 13 games at right tackle and was an All-SEC second-team selection; he was also an All-SEC third-team selection by Phil Steele. He was part of an offensive line that did not allow a sack in seven of 13 games for the Gators. During the 2007 season game against Troy he was named Player of the Game; the game was arguably his career best. He started against the Ohio State Buckeyes in the BCS Championship game.
