Carlos Westendorp

Carlos Westendorp y Cabeza (born 7 January 1937) is a Spanish diplomat.
Since 2004 he has been the Spanish Ambassador to the United States. He was previously the foreign minister of Spain, from December 1995 to May 1996, and High Representative in Bosnia and Herzegovina, from June 1997 to July 1999.
