Carlos Adolfo Sosa (born 21 July 1919) is an Argentine former football midfielder.

Sosa started his career with Atlanta, before joining Boca Juniors where he played midfield with Ernesto Lazzatti and Natalio Pescia. At the end of the year 1951, he left for France to play with RC Paris, where he ended his career in 1958.

He coached briefly Boca Juniors in 1960.
