Carlos Roberto Pereira da Silva (born 22 March 1946) is a Brazilian football coach.

He studied an intensive football course at Cologne University, Germany in 1982. He holds a degree in physical education from the Universidade Federal do Rio de Janeiro (Federal University of Rio de Janeiro).
