Carlos Humberto Recinos (born 30 June 1950) is a former soccer player from El Salvador who represented his country at the 1982 FIFA World Cup in Spain.

Carlos Humberto "IMACASA" Recinos, played 16 years for Club Deportivo FAS, a year in University F.C. and another one in Alianza F.C.. He also represented El Salvador national football team for 10 years.

Carlos Humberto Recinos was born in San Salvador and attendend school and university. He is married to Bertha Alma Salazar and has three children Yeni Elizabeth, Carlos Humberto and Roberto Carlos.

Graduated as a soccer technical-director from AEFES (Association of soccer Trainers of El Salvador), in 1984.

In Greater League he was attending of the Costa Rican Marvin Rodriguez, in C.D. FAS. He was the national coach of El Salvador's Under 17, Under 20 and the national football soccer team. In Liga de Ascenso, he directed Once Lobos F.C. of Chalchuapa, Huracan of Atiquizaya, Eleven Policeman of Ahuachapán, and Malocas of Coatepeque.

He founded C.D FAS's Infanto-Youthful school of soccer, from where some outstanding youthful soccer players came out of, like Gerald arose Towns, Alfredo Pacheco, Luis Castro, Juan Flores and Hellman Monterroso.
