Carlos Octavio Toraño (born July 12, 1967) is a cigar manufacturer and President of both Toraño Cigars and Central America Tobacco.[1]
Charlie Toraño was born in Miami, Florida he graduated from Christopher Columbus High School in 1985. He attended the University of Florida and received his Bachelor degree in Business Administration back in 1989. Later he went to the Florida State University College of Law and received his Law Degree in 1992.
Torano first started at the South Florida law firm Holland & Knight back in 1992. In June of 1996 he joined his family business as the Vice-President. In June of 2005, Charlie was promoted to President of Toraño Cigars.[2] It should also be noted that he currently resides in Boca Raton, Florida with his family.
