Carlos Eduardo de Castro Lourenço, commonly known as Rincón (born May 31, 1987 in São Paulo), is a Brazilian football player who currently plays for Italian side Empoli F.C..

Rincon from an early age was tipped to be the natural successor to Brazilian and Milan player Cafu. The young right back became known for his attacking flair and after joining Manchester United was expected to progress at quick rate. However, Rincon failed to got a work pemit and was subsequently loaned out to São Paulo, the club he began his career with.

In the summer of 2006, Rincon moved to Italian Serie A side Empoli, as agreement with F.C. Internazionale Milano for Maxwell Cabelino Andrade, Rincón first officially signed by Empoli from São Paulo, and sold to Inter in January 2007.
Rincón remain on loan on rest of 2006/07 season. He played two matches for Empoli in Coppa Italia
