Carlos Roberto Cuadras Quiroa is a Mexican amateur boxer best known to win the bantamweight title at the PanAmerican Games in Rio 2007.

He won the PanAm Games by beating local James Pereira and winning the final against Dominican southpaw Claudio Marrero 15-11. He benefited from the absence of Cuban superstar Guillermo Rigondeaux who would have been his first opponent.
At the 2007 World Amateur Boxing Championships he lost early to Brit Joe Murray 19-28.
