Carlo Simionato was a former Italian sprinter who specialised in the 100/200 metres.
He was the Italian 200 metres champion in 1982 and 1985, as well as national champion in the 100m in 1985.
He ran in the World Championships in Helsinki in 1983 where he made the 200 metres final where he finished 7th in the final, but won the Silver medal with the sprint relay team.
He won the Italian indoor 200 metres in 1984.
