Carlo Recalcati (born September 11, 1945 in Milan, Italy) is an Italian basketball coach. As of the 2007/08 season, he is the coach of the Italy national basketball team. He has been coaching the national team since 2001 and has led them to the silver medal in the 2004 Olympics and bronze medal in the Eurobasket 2003.
As a player on the club level, he played for Pallacanestro Cantù (1962-1979, won the Italian Championship in 1968 and 1975) and Pallacanestro Parma (1979-1981). He also played for the national team from 1967 to 1976 (winning the bronze at Eurobasket 1971 and Eurobasket 1975).
As a coach, he coached Pallacanestro Parma (1980-81), Alpe Bergamo (1982-84), Pallacanestro Cantù (1984-90, reached the final in the Korać Cup in 1988/89), Viola Reggio Calabria (1990-95), Teorematour Milano (1995), Pallacanestro Varese (1997-1999, won the Italian championship in 1998/99), Fortitudo Bologna (1999-01, won the Italian championship in 1999/00) and Montepaschi Siena (2003-06, won the Italian championship in 2003/04 and Italian Supercup in 2004/05).
