Carlo Bonomi is an Italian voice actor, who provided the voices for the animated children's TV series Pingu on RTSI. He voiced all the characters without a script, using a language of noises which were dubbed Pinguinese, a voicing which he also used for La Linea. He voiced many other characters for the Italian advertising show Carosello.

In 1985 he recorded the railway announcements still in use at the Milan Central station.
