Carl Filipiak

Carl Filipiak is a jazz guitarist located in Baltimore. His jazz mixes some rock and other elements, called "Jazz Fusion." Carl plays in many festivals and venues on the east coast, a favorite of his is the Cat's Eye Pub.
Aside from recording and performing, Carl also teaches music and gives clinics. Carl has released an instructional video Use What You Got, and contributes as an author for various books.
Carl's band features Paul Soroka on sax, keys and lyricon, Steve Zerlin on bass, John Thomakos on drums. He has recorded with Dennis Chambers and plays with him sometimes at gigs.
Carl endorses Fender guitars.
