Carl Edouarde

Carl Edouarde (b. 1876 – d. 8 December 1932) was an American composer of film music. He composed the background music to The Hunchback of Notre Dame (1923 film) and The Private Life of Helen Troy (1927). He synchronized three films: A Close Call, Barnyard Melody and Tuning In, all three are from year 1929. He was the conductor of the background music orchestry of Steamboat Willie, the first Mickey Mouse -short film and the first sound cartoon film.
