Caribbean News Agency

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Prior to the merger, the Caribbean News Agency (CANA) founded in 1975 was an agency created mostly by the Caribbean regions' print-media outlets. Stakeholding media companies would share their own local news with CANA which in turn would have access to other media houses' stories and articles. Using this method enabled editors in the region to have their news shared in other neighbouring countries in the Caribbean region.
