Caress, West Virginia
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
Caress is an unincorporated community in Braxton County, West Virginia, United States. It appears to be the only place in the United States with this name.[citation needed] It was named by its first postmaster, Harrison Mollohan, for no particular reason after the Post Office Department rejected the name "Hall".[citation needed]
