Cardioglossa leucomystax is a species of frog in the Arthroleptidae family. It is found in Cameroon, Republic of the Congo, Democratic Republic of the Congo, Ivory Coast, Equatorial Guinea, Gabon, Ghana, Guinea, Liberia, Nigeria, and possibly Angola. Its natural habitats are subtropical or tropical moist lowland forests, subtropical or tropical moist montanes, rivers, and heavily degraded former forest. It is threatened by habitat loss.
