Carcassonne Salvaza Airport or Carcassonne Airport (French: Aéroport de Carcassonne en Pays Cathare) (IATA: CCFICAO: LFMK) is the main airport serving the town of Carcassonne and the south of Languedoc. It is located on the northern edge of the city, in the Aude department . It handles commercial national and international flights as well as private, non-regular air traffic. The airport can cater for aircraft operating under VFR.
