Carajillo is the Spanish word for the Italian drink, Caffè corretto. It's a short Espresso with a shot of liquor.
While in Italy usually mixed with Grappa, the Spanish and Latin American almost always enjoy their espresso shot with Brandy. It's a very popular way to finish the late dinner all over the Spanish speaking world.
