CARtoons Magazine

CARtoons magazine was an American publication that focused on automotive humor and hot rod artwork. Originated by Carl Kohler and Artist/Drag Racer Pete Millar was published by Petersen Publication Company as a quarterly. It featured articles, step-by-step how to drawing pages, comic strips and more. Some of the featured artists were Tom Medley, George Trosley (Krass & Bernie), John Kovalic, and Shawn Kerri.[citation needed] It was published from 1959 to 1991.

The first issue included a comic strip called "The Saga of Rumpville" which was illustrated by Pete Millar.
