[edit] Park golf

Many of the oddities in the Park golf article can be explained by an infestation of trolls. Try not to let them get to you. You may want to find other articles that interest you and do not have an abundance of trolls. RJFJR 17:12, 11 December 2006 (UTC)

Ah, thank you for this comment. I like park golf, so I'm sad to let it go because trolls are haters. Captain Ironspine 13:40, 13 December 2006 (UTC)

I wish I could help you. The best way I know to deal with troublesome sorts is just to treat them as though they are genuinely trying to be helpful--even if it seems clear that they are not. If they are trolls, then this isn't the response they want, and if they aren't trolls, then this is the response they deserve. Sometimes it's hard to keep cool; at such times it's best to take a break for a few days before trying again. Just don't let it get to you. After all, everything we do here is just words, however involved in it we get. --Sopoforic 20:38, 16 December 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Member template

You may want to consider replacing the Project Banner, which is meant for article talk pages, with the userbox (Template:WPJapan) on your userpage. Ultimately, it's up to you as a user; you're welcome to do whatever you would like. But by having a template meant for articles on userpages, it's just that tiny bit more frustrating and difficult for those of us who are trying to assess and properly banner-label all the Japanese-related articles. Thanks. And happy holidays! LordAmeth 21:39, 21 December 2006 (UTC)
