[edit] Matt Rippey
On the repeat of this episode, The Captain is definitely credited as Matt Rippy. Was it amended, or is the person who added information of the error mistaken? U-Mos 16:14, 4 January 2007 (UTC)
- Just checked my self and he was credited as "Matt Rippy" thanks/Fenton, Matthew Lexic Dark 52278 Alpha 771 16:18, 4 January 2007 (UTC)
On Monday night's broadcast? U-Mos 17:09, 4 January 2007 (UTC)
- Yea. thanks/Fenton, Matthew Lexic Dark 52278 Alpha 771 17:33, 4 January 2007 (UTC)
[edit] Number of Jack's
I have removed he following sentence from the article:
"*It would seem there could be as many as FOUR Jack Harknesses on Earth (and somewhere on the British Isles) on this day, 20 January 1941: (1) the real Jack Harkness; (2) the 2007 Jack Harkness who has gone back in time from 'present day' with Tosh; (3) the ex-Time Agent who assumes the dead Harkness's identity, and who will meet and join the Doctor and Rose (in the Doctor Who episode The Empty Child); (4) the Jack Harkness who has been living on Earth since coming to the planet following the events of the Doctor Who episode The Parting of the Ways, prior to his joining Torchwood!"
On the basis that;
a) It's Original Reasearch
b) Number Three Jack is not due on earth for another year, according to Everything Changes, and Number Four is not is not guaranteed to be correct- we don't know when Jack comes back.
However, I'm willing to discuss/argue someone who whats it to be in. Anyone want to, I'm right here. Ozoo 20:12, 4 January 2007 (UTC)
- Well, Utopia confirms the fourth, but this really doesn't belong here, since only 2007's Jack and the Real Jack matter to the episode, and the events of this episode don't affect the other two Jacks at all, since they'd both be younger versions of the 2007 Jack.Steffan Alun 13:38, 6 July 2007 (UTC)
[edit] Two Images?
I thought we were keeping to one screenshot per episodel. I suggesting we get rid of the second one which is very nice but also very spoilery. --GracieLizzie 21:47, 6 January 2007 (UTC)
- We are not limited to one image, we are limited to a "limited number" - each image would have to provide critical commentary within the text, in the interests of uniformity (one per page) I'd support the removal of image #2. thanks/Fenton, Matthew Lexic Dark 52278 Alpha 771 21:52, 6 January 2007 (UTC)
- That's why I said "we were keeping to one", as all the other episodes have one - as is suggested by WP:WHO's episode style guidelines - and personally I think it is tidier that way myself. --GracieLizzie 22:00, 6 January 2007 (UTC)
[edit] Ritz dancehall
IIRC in the Hub Owen or Ianto refer to The Ritz dancehall", contrary to the correction someon made. Rich Farmbrough, 11:02 7 January 2007 (GMT).
- P.S. Billis Manger is an anagram of "Blair Mingles". Coincidence? I think not! Rich Farmbrough, 11:04 7 January 2007 (GMT).
- Or possibly "Bill's a minger" ? Tim! 11:14, 7 January 2007 (UTC)

- But doesn't "Bilis" have only one l? PaulHammond 13:46, 27 January 2007 (UTC)

[edit] The worst enemy
Who is Jack (our Jack) referring to about when he was a "boy"?
- Please sign your posts. Could be anyone. They might return to the subject in the future (maybe there'll be another spin-off about Jack's early years, hehe). Chronolegion 13:55, 11 January 2007 (UTC)
Turned out to be foreshadowing Gray in season 2. Digifiend (talk) 10:56, 6 June 2008 (UTC)
[edit] Was Robert Hands in this?
According to IMDB Robert Hands reprised his role of Algy from The Empty Child/The Doctor Dances in this episode. I certainly don't remember this, is it an error or did I miss a brief glimpse of him or something? --GracieLizzie 00:55, 12 January 2007 (UTC)
