[edit] Partial merger

I had proposed that Capital Football be merged into Football (soccer) in the Australian Capital Territory, but have determined that there should still be two articles. This Capital Football article remains to refer to the organisation alone. The competitions are now included in Football (soccer) in the Australian Capital Territory.
