CapnCrunch.png (108 × 158 pixels, file size: 43 KB, MIME type: image/png)
Converted from JPG to PNG, and cropped from http://quakeroats.com/qfb_OurBrands/BrandDetail.cfm?BrandID=1 which is a picture of several Captain Crunch Cereals. This image only contains the one image of the common "red" box of Captain Crunch. Since the purpose of the image is to illustrate this company's product, it should clearly qualify as fair use. The article it is being used on is Cap'n Crunch
[edit] Fair use rationale
- No free alternative possible
- Illustrates product marketing
- Image is cropped to only show the particular product in question
- Does not deprive company of ability to make money in any way, and is not being used in misleading manner for its intended use
- article=Cap'n Crunch (This line is present so Betacommandbot doesn't keep marking this image for deletion).
[edit] Summary
advertising packaging, fair use.....
[edit] Licensing
